Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading courier services across the UAE to ensure your Impex appliances arrive safely and on time. All shipments are fully tracked and insured for your complete peace of mind.
Coverage Areas: We deliver to all seven emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders over AED 500 within the UAE.
Standard Shipping: AED 25 flat rate for orders below AED 500.
Large Appliances: Special delivery charges may apply for oversized items such as refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens. These will be calculated at checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner's website.
Note: Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, and weekends.
Standard Delivery: Our courier will deliver your appliance to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
White Glove Service: Available for large appliances. Our certified technicians will deliver, unpack, install, and demonstrate your new Impex product. Old appliance removal is also available upon request.
Installation Charges: Professional installation fees vary by product type and complexity. Contact our support team for a detailed quote.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours
- Provide your order number and photos for immediate assistance
We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
If you miss your scheduled delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You will receive notifications via SMS and email before each attempt.
To reschedule your delivery, please contact our customer service team or use the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Rescheduling is free for the first request.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the UAE only. For international orders, please contact our sales team at sales@impexuae.com for a custom shipping quote.
Bulk Orders: For wholesale, commercial, or bulk purchases (10+ units), we offer special shipping rates and dedicated account management. Contact our B2B team for personalized service.
All Impex products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category and are clearly stated on each product page.
Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
